'WiFi didn't work very well. It's a hotel run on sharia basis, so no alcohol on the premises and strict rules for eg. clothing. AC did not work very well. Restaurant is a mess, except for breakfast. Glad to get away next day.'

'This hotel is in desperate need of a major makeover. The tiles in the bathroom are mouldy with cracks. The paint on the ceiling is peeling due to condensation. The furniture very old. No choice but to stay there since there aren’t many 4-5 star hotels in Kuala Terengganu'
