'Fijn hotel, prima bed en goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Ingang is per auto moeilijk te vinden, omdat het in voetgangersgebied ligt. Als je graag met het raam open slaapt zou ik een kamer aan de achterkant vragen, aan de voorkant is veel lawaai. Met het raam dicht hoor je echter vrijwel niets. Valet parking is heel fijn en niet veel duurder dan een parkeergarage. '

'The room is modern and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Bathtub with screens is not so handy for shower as the water splashes onto the floor. Reception desk Mr Rok is very kind to provide a lot of tips on where to eat and food to try as well as info on getting around. Overall a pleasant stay. It's about 30 mins walk to train/bus station and 45 mins walk to the city centre. I walked during my stay as I am used to taking long walk.'

'Ontbijt was goed, 4 sterren waard. Kamer: slecht bevallen; airco werkte niet, WiFi deed het niet, doucheputje verstopt, warm/koud water in de douche moest op gevoel, douche viel steeds op de grond. Al met al was de kamer niet wat je moest verwachten van een 4 ā­ļø hotel. Hotelpersoneel vriendelijk. Dit had ik niet van Radisson verwacht. Voor 8 nachten gewoon teveel betaald.'

'A very big hotel with all services and comfort needed. Everyone was very helpful. Sufficient parking offered. Spacious room with a balcony. Breakfast was plenty, though the breakfast area is very big and not so warm/welcoming. Feels to be created for large groups. We also found some time to enjoy the swimming pool. Shops, restaurants and sightseeing within easy reach. '

'The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room. The breakfast was stellar with tasty and non-generic items. The location is excellent, just off the Cobbler's Bridge, yet separated by a quarter-block, keeping it a little more quiet.'

'Probably once a great hotel. But not at the moment. In the room several light switches not working, bathroom door knob falling off when turned, pipes protesting when shower turned on. At breakfast, reasonable choice but items not kept stocked up. No bowls for cereals, no glasses for juice, no bananas on the majority of days I was there. Felt like the place was being run down '

'Very lovely apartment. It is very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The only hiccups was the ā€œcheck-in systemā€ was not working properly when we were doing the check in after the working hours. However, we managed to seek help from this bar at the lobby. The staff of the bar were very helpful! In a word, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it. '
