'Very good cofortable stay'

'Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. One word review - AVOID! I had a week's stay here. The rooms are the worst part here. The bed was not comfortable and the AC! The AC does not offer cooling as expected. Takes ages to cool and approx. 300 sq.ft. room. Which is laughable and frustrating. We even changed rooms but the same thing. The maintenance guy said the AC functions similarly across all rooms. Had to complaint everyday about it. They have separated the bath and toilet making both units too...

'The room was perfect and the staff was really nice, however overall we had a rather negative feeling. I think the hotel used to be fabulous, but now it feels a bit rundown. We booked this hotel as a nice, a bit fancier, hotel to end the trip. But our expectations were not met and the photos of the hotel are definitely outdated. Price/quality-wise this hotel was not good: 3 times the price of a 1-star hotel, but the facities, breakfast and service was better the 1-star hotel... We were...
