« Property was great. Had no communication as to how to get in the property. After getting no where with guest portal or customer service line, we drove to the office and luckily caught an employee on the way out. He was able to get us some instructions on how to enter »

« We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! « We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future! »

« We really enjoyed our time here! My family fished off the back deck for a good portion of the trip. It was about 5 miles from Rockport's public beach access. Our party had 9 people and we stayed here 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Of note, the third bedroom with the bunkbeds was a separate downstairs room from the house, with a separate entrance, key, and bathroom. This room also has a small AC unit and remains much warmer than the rest...

« I really like the place, We were lucky to have it by ourselves and the actual house wasn't rented the same weekend so we really got to enjoy the pool, only thing is that the pictures included both, the actual house and the cottage so we got a little confused on what we saw, but it turned out well regardless. »
