'I didn’t get the room that I requested, room that they put my family was like a motel room I found
Cellphone behind wall and bed headboard, joint and whole weekend it smelled like weed. Managers were actually the worst. Staff was ok. Not recommended
Old and dirty. Not a resort like. More like motel. If you book through Expedia they don’t want to work with customer at all. '

'Hot tub packed with little kids. No life guard in the pool area or at the beach.
Did not have breakfast at the property. Way too expensive. We had lunch at the bar near the pool. Food is good. Price was not bad for the amount and quality of the food.
Concierge lady: the best!! Very attentive e and nice. Lots of suggestions.
Front desk and wait staff need better training. '

'Attentive and friendly staff! Room was very clean and tidy, quiet at night. Close by food and a great brunch spot (Ruby Slipper) in walking distance. Rooftop pool is a vibe, bar is located a few feet away. Beach is only a 5 minute drive across the street.
Property is secluded with a security checkpoint they only allow you in with a pass. '

'No detail left untouched - our stay was amazing! From the thoughtful additions of things like robes, slippers, room spray, a room of treats for the kids on every level, front beach access, beautiful pools and firepit areas, to the welcoming staff that felt like family by night 2... we will be back again and again! '
