Les installations de spa sont excellentes et les horaires d’ouverture / fermeture sont très accueillants pour les lève-tôt et les soirées de détente après une journée chargée. L'emplacement est parfait pour le front de mer et les zones commerçantes. Parking indispensable à Llandudno! Je reviendrai. »

« The staff were really helpful, we'd not realised there was a private car park at the back of the hotel. I'd booked the room with the 500 year old 4 poster bed as a birthday treat, and the room was lovely. Staff were friendly and polite from reception, meal, checkout. « Got to say, a terrific find. We only stopped for the one night but would undoubtedly return for a longer visit. Great location, excellent staff (who obviously understand the concept of customer service!) and a swift service at breakfast with good quality produce AND a decent coffee to boot. Only (minor) whinge would be single beds in the twin room which had an incline but not so much that the issue was worthy of complaint. Pay the extra for a sea view I would suggest, well worth...

« Choisi pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, en fait c'était juste des jets dans un côté de la piscine donc même température à savoir très froide ! Sauna tout juste chaud. La vue sur la mer de la chambre à partir d'une petite fenêtre entre deux murs et non d'un " bow window" plus panoramique était le minimum...au moins le petit déjeuner , avec prise de commande donc varié, était très bon. »

« The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again. »
