'A great location, right in the heart of it all, but still relaxing and quiet for great rest. We had a room on the second floor, facing the main road, so it was quiet. We loved the location- walkable to bars, restaurants, bakeries, the docks. Parking was available as we were a guest. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant or just sipping coffee on the dock. Some family friendly things as well- giant Jenga, a pool, a grassy area by the docks with seating, fire pits. '

'Got a nice room upgrade. Hotel is old, but convenient. No restaurant, but all kind of options on walking distance. '

'The property is very cute and we enjoyed our stay. The area is great and there is plenty to walk to. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or refrigerator. There is ice available, but you have to call down to request it. There is a coffee counter in the lobby area to buy coffee, but it’s only open Thu-Sun, so we had no coffee available since we weren’t there those mornings. The bathroom is very small with little counter space, but it worked out okay for us. The shower is also very small and...

Uitzicht op de zee, serveert lunch en diner

'Marriott was a wonderful spot for our stay in Newport! Central to all the activities - restaurants and bars — shopping etc. Across from the ballpark was fun!! Took in a Gulls game too. Amenities were wonderful - new outside area next to indoor salt water pool was perfect. '

'The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.'

'The Hilton Garden Place is modern and recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a large flat-screen TV the built in cabinets are beautiful. The bathroom is large bright and well stcked with towels of every size.The beds were oh so comfortable and so are the pillows. I Didn't have a chance to enjoy the beautiful pool. Thank you for a first class accommodation. '

'We booked the king room with a harbor view. The room, on the top floor, had a beam ceiling with brick walls, which we appreciated as we enjoy historical inns. The picture window was a plus. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful and changed each morning. Staff members were attentive.'
