« Non avevano la nostra prenotazione al check in. La reception chiude alle 18, non so come si possa fare check in dopo ... Niente wifi
Biscotti , the, caffè e cioccolata gratuita nell'area comune. Camera spaziosa e ragazza al bar molto gentile. Ma in generale non lo consiglio. »

« This was a shocking stay. The worst part of it should have been the road noise - I was booking a property on a highway so came prepared - but the “apartment” had no kitchen, in fact what was the kitchen was just curtained off. This room was clearly under renovation with DIY paint jobs and half finished construction in the room. Even a heads up that this was what we would find would have been helpful but absolutely nothing from the staff. It’s clear this room is being rented as an after thought....

« We love the location of the property. It was central to our planned itinerary. Just a short drive to everywhere. We booked a 2-bedroom unit. The space was just enough and clean and tidy.
Plates and cuttleries were provided as well as dishwashing soap but there was only 1 sink which was in the bathroom. Would have been better if there was a separate sink outside the bathroom. »

« The staff are amazingly helpful. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Possibly the best service I've experienced.
Parking is tight, which is the only thing that I found that marked them down to 4 stars. (Not much they can do about it though). »

« Stayed one night stop over. Room as excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We had dinner in the restaurant and the Lamb Shank meat feel off the bone.
Would definitely recommend the Commercial Hotel Boonah as a great place to stay. »

« Motel rooms are a good size, very clean but dated. Front reception was Michael, a great guy and helpful.
Great view of the mountains outside of the rooms at the bottom end.
I didn't like someone's rubbish in the bin inside my room. Didn't like the small half glass cut open in the bathroom which allowed cold air in. Air con worked perfectly on heat. Bed was hard for me.
Bathroom immaculately clean.
In the end of the day the price is right. »
