'First, I was charged incorrectly. I paid in person with my credit card, but later discovered my debit card (on file through Expedia) was also charged without my authorization. This was not disclosed during my stay and I only found out after checking my bank statement post trip.
Check-in was poorly handled. The manager was distracted on her phone and had to call another staff member instead of assisting me directly. I was given my key with no explanation of the property or amenities.

'Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children.

'This hotel never disappoints! Every time I visit Rockport, this is my hotel of choice. The property is consistently clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient to everything I need during my stay. The excellent service and comfortable accommodations keep me coming back time and time again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.'

'The place was filthy and under construction.
The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp.
Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk.
The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience.'
