'My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely...

'L'hôtel est sympas, la piscine superbe. Il manquerait un plus sur les services, une carafe d'eau potable ou des bouteilles, un lit plus grand dans les chambres (lit de 140cm), et plus de personnel pour le petit dej, très très long. La nourriture n'est pas géniale. Il faut y aller pour la piscine et la gérante qui est très gentille. Mais après un trip dans la jungle s'est très reposant. '

'The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. '

Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced.'

Hotels.con has not refunded my credit card yet. Based on this experience, I don’t expect to use or recommend Hotels.com ever again unless you can promptly remedy this very concerning experience with your service. '

'La relación calidad / precio me parece un poco alta. Es un hotel sencillo, bien ubicado, es una avenida principal cerca a restaurantes. Desayuno americano de 7 a 9 incluye yuca frita y fruta picada. Piscina al aire libre estaba limpia. La habitación estaba contaba con a/c y frigobar aunque la cama podría ser más cómoda. '
