« Great stay and the staff was the highlight of the stay. Very helpful and responsive and responsible. I had lost something thinking I had left it at the hotel; they followed up even when the answer was they had not found it (it was in the car, so I found it). Check out mugs on main down the street. »

« Great place to stay for a travelling break - hotel environment, unfortunately too many closed boutiques and restaurants early week days (Monday to Wednesday). Staff is great and we felt welcomed. »

« We enjoyed an amazing wine weekend at Vine and Sand. Beautiful home and relaxing, enjoyable stay. Great location for visiting vineyards as well as the villages of Southold and Greenport. »

« What a very special place this is. Wilfred and Vida are truly brilliant hosts. When we arrived they sat with us and had a lovely chat about the house and the area, recommended places to eat and provided lots of local intelligence. Tea and coffee is served in the room at 8am followed by a very generous and delicious breakfast. The two of them are a totally charming couple with their great sense of humour, stories and kindness They could give lessons on what true hospitality should be. »

« This was the perfect, in town place to stay for the two of us. Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future. »

« extra clean brand new rooms. bathroom door did lock by itself and the small hole on the plate outside did unlock it when depressed otherwise perfect. we had 2 under 3 kids and the way it was set up was safe and fun »

« Luis was the best host! Perfect if going with family, friends and/or Grandkids; quiet neighborhood, pool and backyard was perfect, close to beaches. We love East Marion. Could not have asked for more in this house-comfortable beds, good closet space, above and beyond with beach/pool towels, clean and updated home that had that vacation homey feel. We stayed for 2 wonderful weeks. Before we left we requested to book for next year-gave our dates and truly hoping will have the privledge of...
