'Phan Loc and all the staff in the bar, reception and restaurant were gracious and welcoming. They worked hard to ensure the celiac in our group had safe gluten free food at breakfast and dinner and they even modified bar drinks to ensure they were celiac safe. 'Unglaubliches Hotel. Frühstück 10/10 Zimmer und vor allem die BETTEN 10/10 Personal 10/10 Gebäude und Einrichtung 10/10 Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! '

'Een heel leuk gemoedelijk hotel met mooie kamers en hele fijne bedden. Verwacht geen grote luxe maar juist dit gemoedelijke en kleinschalige geeft de juiste sfeer. Het ligt net iets buiten Tam Coc maar je bent met een paar minuten bij de bedrijvigheid. De ligging is echt perfect. De medewerkers zijn heel erg aardig en doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Heel behulpzaam en het ontbijt is prima. Voor klein bedrag kan je fietsen of scooter bij het hotel huren. ' We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. 'Super fint nyt hotel. Værtinden var så sød imødekommende og hjælpsom. Min kone var syg under opholdet, og vi blev tilbud hjælp til doktor og fik lov at blive længere på afrejsedagen. Man følte sig virkelig hjemme. Hotellet ligger i en stille gade og kun få minutters gang fra restauranter, butikker og bådturene.'

'We hebben een fantastische overnachting hier gehad. Meneer, mevrouw en zoon zijn super aardig en lief, en ze helpen overal bij. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. De kamer was netjes en schoon. De bedden sliepen heerlijk. Ook het ontbijt wat super. De locatie is ook perfect, dichtbij alles en het is een super stille omgeving. 'Nice spacious bungalow tucked away at the base of the escarpment. Used the dip pool to cool off and whilst lying on the loungers we were treated to the sights and sounds of mountain goats and wild birds. Breakfast is a varied assortment of soup, fried foods, sweet treats, fruits, juice and coffee. All of the team are friendly, attentive and keen to assist with whatever you need.
