'The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3'

'Dit hotel is sterk verouderd en is zeker geen vijf sterren waard. Meer een goede 3 sterren hotel. Omgeving was mooi en hotel is goed gelegen. Zwembad was prettig en park is in algemeen zeer proper. Familie kamer was ruim maar meubileer was verouderd. Kamer was verschoond elke dag. Compliment voor de schoonmaaksters. Personeel in het hotel waren aardig. 'This is a special, peaceful and relaxing place. Vasily is an attentive host and gave us plenty of great recommendations for places to visit locally. He was proud to share his Cretan history and eco-farming techniques with us. We thoroughly recommend his farm tour. We ate our breakfast and evening meals at Dalabelos, enjoying the home grown and locally sourced food, beautifully prepared by Maria. 'The stay was exceptional value for money. The pool was an excellent size and layout for the number of apartments. We were lucky to have it to ourselves on the days we used it. The apartment was a great size, with good air conditioning and a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea. The location of it was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the nearest restaurant George and Georginas and a total of 3 or 4 minutes casual walk to the beach or the centre of Panormo. The host, Vasilis was fantastic....
