'BLOCK hotel is simply lovely. Cosy base for Gozo. Quiet in winter months but wonderful scenery. South west Gozo has stunning cliffs and walks. Victoria the capital is nearby with buses thence to the whole island. I had the most relaxing time. Room was quiet, no window but not needed as only slept there. Food was amazing and barman and waitress charming. Live entertainment Thu-Sunday and a real hub for divers, if that is what you are into (Not me but seemed like a super professional set up)....

'Nous sommes restés 2 nuits au Sea Holly dans la chambre familiale avec vue sur mer et piscine depuis une des 2 terrasses. La maison est magnifique. Un grand bravo aux propriétaires pour la décoration choisie avec soin. Tout est en accord parfait. Le couple est charmant, agréable et aux petits soins. Le petit dejeuner est fait-maison par le mari. 'Sweet little boutique hotel with the kindest Gozitan woman running the place. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only hiccup was finding the place. The google maps location is down the street from it’s actual location.'

Onze kamer had uitzicht op de burcht. Prachtig. Onder het hotel ligt een modern winkelcentrum inclusief supermarkt. Busstation ligt om de hoek. Kortom, een aanrader. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B! The villa is just wonderful. Walking through the entrance towards the front door is exactly how the pictures looked like. We had a large 3 persons room for the 2 of us. Bed was a little bit at the small side, but that only a minor point. 'We had the most wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matias B&B on the beautiful island of Gozo. Breakfast was amazing with fresh local sweets and bread in addition to cooked to order. Victor is a wealth of information- and it was fascinating hearing about the rich local history and traditions from him. We will definitely come back!!'
