« Kudos to the staff and how they provided service. They are so polite and very professional. More power to them and keep it up. »

« My check in was late in the day. I had a child with me who had mobility issues at that time. The initially chosen room for us was at the second floor but they found a way to look for a room for us at the ground floor in a short amount of time. Really appreciated that. The room was a bit warm or didn’t get cold enough and cellular and internet connections were dead in our area but didn’t matter to us at that time since we were only there overnight. Even if old, the hotel looked really well...

« What I like about this property was the serenity and peaceful place. The resort is tucked away overlooking the Visayan sea with endless ocean view where the very next island stretches all the way to Masbate island in Central Philippines. »

« Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay. »
