'Stayed for 31 days. Everything was wonderful and the hosts were easy to contact when needed. They met all of our needs. We will be returning next year.e'

'I enjoyed myself so much. I had a great time very relaxing and everything was first rate and first class. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else The hostess was so helpful and gave great advise on what do in the area. But you don’t have to go anywhere because you feel like you are staying in a five star hotel. I really enjoyed myself and plan on going again. '

I did have to call Carol because there was no remote for the tv in the living room but she told me to go through the boxes that was delivered and there was a remote that she had ordered. I did have to go out again to buy batteries for the remote. The pool area was not swept. I do suggest that the trash cans be labeled recycled/trash'

'We enjoyed a lovely month long stay at this peaceful waterfront home in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking into town, boating out on the bay, excursions to nearby beaches, dinners in and around Punta Gorda, and often just relaxing by the pool in this spacious home with expansive views of the pretty canals. Homeowner Greg was very responsive and accommodating when necessary. Loved our time there!! '

'The house was very conveniently located. It was very clean and comfortable. Super comfortable mattresses; everyone slept really well!! The lanai, pool and hot tub were extremely clean and we made use of them every day. Andy, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions we had. 'The condo was newer, comfortable, and nice and clean. However, the kitchen could have been better equipt with larger bowls and platters for side dishes. The main bedroom was fully furnished, but the other 2 bedrooms could each use a dresser to put clothes. The condo sleeps 6, but the table only sits 5 and the LR only sits 4, 5 (using the ottoman as a seat.) Seating was a bit tricky when family was there.'
