'This location was the ideal place for for my multi-generational family vacation. The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. 'The whole staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with recommendations and were genuinely concerned, that we have a pleasant experience. The room that we spent our first night in was going to undergo some type of reparation. So the staff offered us a much nicer room with a view of the volcano for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. '

'Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden!
