'We hebben één nachtje overnacht in een appartement onderweg naar huis vanuit Frankrijk. Het was perfect want ik kon tot laat in de avond aankomen. Ze hadden een afgesloten en bewaakte parkeerplaats waar ik mijn auto met vouwwagen kon parkeren zodat ik de volgende dag zo weg kon rijden. Bij aankomst kregen mijn kids een ijsje van de man achter de welkomstbalie en ze hebben heerlijk in bad gezeten die avond. Het was een extra leuke afsluiting van onze vakantie.'

'Very well organized apartment. Everything is there to use the kitchen optimally (sponge, towel, dishwasher tablet, pepper, salt, ...). The apartment was brand new, so everything was still in perfect condition and clean. We had a very pleasant stay :) '

'This room is a scam ran by thieves. We booked to stay only to get a message on the day of travel telling us that the room was unavailable and we couldn't stay there. This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...

'Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. '

'The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

'SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. '

'We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. The process was frustrating and far from smooth. That said, the apartment...

Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. ⁠nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. ⁠nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. ⁠e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta.'
