Door mat so you can brush sand off your feet when you enter. Towel rail in bathroom. Use of car park. Local parking is available but is pay parking. '

Also has a bug, ants and flies problem. To note too this isn’t 3x bedrooms as advertised it’s two with a sofa bed. Not a problem but not clear. '
