« The staff is friendly. Issues about the tv and the key pass were quickly resolved. The location is perfect for me. It is very near Burnham Park, jeepneys to La Trinidad, Good Taste Restaurant, Mc Donald’s, and walking distance to the market and Session Road. I thought it is generally clean and had no gut issue after brushing my teeth with the water from the faucet. I was afraid at first due to an experience at another hotel but so far so good. « It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad. »

« Property is conveniently situated at city centre. Walking distance to Burnhap park and main Baguio session road. The hotel is maintained well and staff are very helpful and courteous. »

« Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap »

« The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...

« I wont recommend this place,So dirty.I need to wait first before check in though I arrive at 4PM.The room was available but the bed sheet has'nt change yet.They did not clean the room.Just bed sheet change,no cleaning.Garbage basket so dirty,eeewww!!No plastic garbage available when I asked..I think the owner don't care with their customer..No privacy even you have your own room..So noisy!Not worth for money! »
