'Slechte service, niet vriendelijk, helemaal niet schoon, eten is niet lekker, drinken bestellen duurt uren, deur van de kamer gaat niet op slot en als hij op slot is, gaat hij niet meer open tot dat ik iemand roep. Lampjes zijn kapot en heb gevraagd om te vervangen, maar is niks gebeurd. Kortom, vreselijk! Alleen het strand en de zee waren leuk en mooi.'

'We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.'

'I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. 'Purely amazing. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful property. Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough.'
