« What stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge. Pure comfort and luxury, if we didn’t have plans I would have chilled in the room more, that’s how nice the room was. »

« This is a lovely resort i had a good time with my wife especially the spa facilities was awesome, the breakfast was nice . Will be back again »

« We enjoyed our stay at your hotel a little. lot better than the previous visits as we had no water on the first visit and could not use the water on the second as it was boiling hot to the touch »

« Hôtel dans une batisse d'époque, en excellent état de conservation avec une impression de remonter l'histoire... Chambre 709 très agréable, rénové, avec une belle salle de bain (baignoire à bulle et douche séparées). Le signal wi-fi est excellent. Un seul repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel : très bonne qualité et personnel serviable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner anglais et continental de qualité tout à fait correcte. »

« Very nice hotel conveniently adjoining the Railway Station. Pleasant and helpful staff and an excellent English breakfast. The hotel was once rather grand and could do with a little modernising, but it is still comfortable. »

« super hotel très bien placé et très joli attention le parking etait plein a mon arrivée et j'ai du me garer dans un parking exterieur a 400m (un peu contraignant mais le service de l'hotel a été très aidant) »
