'Beautiful resort and great amenities. Pools are amazing and good for kids too. Room very spacious and clean, we stayed at the Tapa Tower and was really nice. Wish The restaurants in the resorts had better food and drinks. We had to eat outside the resort but otherwise we like it. '

'This is an iconic and gorgeous property, the staff are incredible and it is right on the beach which is rare. That said- spring for an ocean view room. We didn’t see any reviews saying otherwise and we regret it. It was so. Noisy. Do not get a city view room for this reason if you wish to sleep. That and unfortunately the balcony’s were all under construction- this was super disappointing and could’ve been disclosed better prior to our stay. '

'Everything went well staff was excellent. Although it took the Ikena restaurant to so long to get our pancakes from the kitchen we left without having breakfast. Also connecting to the cable on the TV was very problematic. Dining at the Olivine was sublime :)'

Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we never had an issue finding chairs at the pool, loved snorkeling in the cove, and enjoyed seeing the sea turtles every morning while drinking our coffee. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the food wasn’t as tasty as we hoped it’d be however, having the shuttle service came in handy so we could try other restaurants nearby. '

'All of the meals at plumeria were delicious. I loved the beach that this property sat on the most ! In the morning the water is perfect for swimming because it’s calm and clear! The spa treatments were also very good as well ! This property is great to escape crowds '

'Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean, could do with a bit of an update. Room would be better with on extra easy chair. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a kettle was available if required. There was also a laundry room, a water machine and reef friendly suncream available in the reception area. Blue Hawaiian also have an area in reception, with very helpful staff to book any trips or trolley bus passes. The only slight downside is the boy racers on the...
