'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. 'Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly) She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over. '

'We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is excellent, but we were not aware that it is a rental rather than a hotel. Therefore there was nobody available to check us in and had we not spoke Spanish, would have been in a difficult situation. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. There’s 2 pools and we hung out only by the chill pool because the other pool was more for smaller children and we liked that we had the choice for the more quiet version. All in all, we give it a 10/10, and we would definitely be coming back!"
