'We received an email from them as we landed at the Cancun airport to indicate our room wasn’t available, the replacement accommodations they offered looked in no way comparable. At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!'

'Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location.'

'This place was perfect for us. Perfect location- so close to the downtown area (easy walk) but far enough to be peaceful and without noise. My kids loved the pool, the older one loved swimming in the waves, and we all loved the porch hammocks. We rented a car and there was a designated parking spot. Place is very clean and great service. 'My family and I couldn't have been happier with this rental - it was in a perfect location and we really enjoyed our walks to town through pristine Playacar (with Mayan ruins in the backyard -- this neighborhood is truly magical!) The condo was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the beach toys and the recommendation for Alex who was our driver for the week! He took us out to Chichen Itza and he was so knowledgeable and kind. The vacation was truly enjoyable...

'Doug & Krystal's corner condo was the perfect size & location. Breathtaking view of the ocean. 250 steps to the ocean shore (I counted). The unit was spacious and small kitchen area sufficient. Perfect size refrigerator & very nice to have a little coffee to start off. Always had access to a water jug refill upon request!
