'We vacationed here for a ski weekend with 4 families - 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall it was a fine house. I wish I had realized the large bunk room is in the loft over the family room. While it was appealing to let the kids have a sleep over it made no sense to put them over the family room unless all the parents were going to go to bed at 8pm. There were a couple communication mishaps, but I think that was more related to the app than anything. Joseph was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole weekend.
