'Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie met veel eettentjes, dichtbij de metro en dichtbij een heel mooi park.'

'Check-in time was delayed for hours. when returned, room was still not ready so was allocated another. It had a worn-out bathroom. Free WiFi isn't free, it's "The Cloud" and I couldn't log-in to it anyway, so had no WiFi for 3 days. Had a problem with the Credit card payment not registering in their machine when checking-in, & upon returning home find 4 billing entries on my credit card statement instead of one???'

'The location was very nice. 5 minutes of walking to the trainstation. You sleep above a bar so they play very loud music in the evening. One of our bed didn't had a duvet. The floor was on some places very wet and some dirty places which we cleaned by ourselfs with a towel.'

'Staff is very welcoming. Very nice room, good bed etc. Very conveniently located near Warren St Underground, only a few stops away from Leicester Square and direct line to Waterloo Stattion. Pub is quiet, yet cosy and has a nice roof terrace. Please don't spread the word! Want to keep this place to myself ;-)'

'Very outdated room, shower was hanging loose so that we couldn't stand in the shower but had to bend down. No good lights in the room. Would not recommend to stay here although the location was very good. '

'Stayed one night in a single room with a large single bed which was fantastic. Great room, great shower, and a cracking breakfast in the morning with fantastic service from the lady who had amazing stories about her life and family. '

'Budget hotel met vlotte en super vriendelijke bediening. Eetgelegenheid voor lunch en diner aan democratische prijzen met ruim aanbod. Er zijn ook nog veel andere eetgelegenheden en enkele dipermarktjes in de Dukestreet om de hoek. Bovendien ligt het op wandelafstand van het centrum, station en ligt het op zeer korte afstand van enkele bushaltes. Verwacht echter geen luxe, de kamers zijn ok maar hier en daar hangen wat dingen los. Ik ga er in ieder geval in juli es terug voor een nachtje.'

'De kamer is schoon en netjes. Personeel kan vriendelijker. Ontbijt was inbegrepen maar werden verrast dat dit niet mogelijk was op maandag omdat ze dan gesloten zijn. '

'Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

'Very nice hotel above the pub in a small street just off Bishopsgate. Great location if you have to be in the city and want to be close to public transportation. The suites are spacious, with king size bed. Decorated with flair. You will however need to walk up steep staircase to get there.'

'Horndon on the Hill is a picturesque village and the Bell is a delightful pub and hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet and in a pretty setting. My only gripe was breakfast which can work out really expensive. Toast and jam is £4.10, a 'Variety' pack cereal £2.50 and tea £2.50. My breakfast cost £17.10 and it could have been more.'

'Prima hotel aan leuke winkelstraat. Mooie kamers en sfeervolle bar en ruimte waar het ontbijt en diner is. Personeel en eigenaar zijn prima mensen en helpen je goed. Station is 10 minuten lopen waar je de trein naar Londen kan nemen ( ongeveer 40 minuten )'

'Nette accomodatie met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We kwamen ruim voor de inchecktijd om de bagage achter te laten, maar konden gelijk de kamer in. De kamer bleek ruimer (upgrade) dan verwacht.'
