'The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!'

'Stayed here overnight after visiting family in Derby , check in and out easy, friendly reception staff. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. Good very clean comfortable good stay. '

'The booking was for my elderly mother in law and the team were particularly helpful in assisting her when she looked herself out of her room, providing an additional key for her daughter to take of. They also happily printed off the boarding pass for her return journey.'

'Check-in time was delayed for hours. when returned, room was still not ready so was allocated another. It had a worn-out bathroom. Free WiFi isn't free, it's "The Cloud" and I couldn't log-in to it anyway, so had no WiFi for 3 days. Had a problem with the Credit card payment not registering in their machine when checking-in, & upon returning home find 4 billing entries on my credit card statement instead of one???'

'We booked on line and couldn’t order different breakfasts so ended up with 4 breakfasts. The manager dealt with it efficiently and we will order on site on our next visit'
