'今回両親と3人で4泊で利用させてもらいました。チェックインで28階のお部屋だったので楽しみに鍵を開けて入ったらなんと他のお客さんの荷物がありびっくりしてロビーまで戻りました。他の人がお部屋を利用しているのにどうして鍵があいたのかわかりませんが、高級ホテルでこのような事があることに驚きました。次に案内されたお部屋は18階でした。 上の方のお部屋がよかったので残念です。 その他は問題なかったです。 各階に給水器もあり電子レンジはお部屋にありませんが4階のエレベータを降りたところにあったので便利でした。'

'A beautiful old hotel maintained well. Service and hospitality was excellent. Dinner at the Beach Bar under the Banyan tree was magnificent and atmosphere was magical. Well worth the “splurge”!'

'Great option for families. We were so pleased with our stay. Staff was honestly 10/10 and the rooms were beautiful. I would likely stay at a hotel with a beach entrance in the future but this was an affordable, clean and honestly ten minute walk to the beach stay. We loved it. '

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
