'Ballena Paridise is a well designed property. It is a spacious apartment. Property is very clean and well maintained. On arrival I was given a brief orientation and a set of keys and a remote for the gate. Loved the swimming pool and the beach is a couple of minutes walk from property. If you are a fellow journey person you will also appreciate this place.'

'Excellent place for the final stop of our honeymoon. Ideal 200m walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Viejo. Breakfast each morning was authentic and the surroundings were impressive with toucans each morning at breakfast. '

'This was truly and amazing place to stay! It is more of an oasis than a B&B. The room, property, expansive views, gardens and location were absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of the 5 days we stayed there. The owners are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to add a personal touch. Amazing homemade breakfast (included) on the veranda was a great start to each day. Highly recommended!!'

'A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.'

'The 2 bedroom with kitchen was nice and clean.. The beds where good and the shower had nice warm water (not always as good in costa rica). Breakfast was good and staff very helpfull and friendly. Room a bit noisy due to people walking so close to the window but this was only in the living room not the bedrooms. Location is good, not downtown but close enough to be there in a few. This hotel is a goid place to start or end your holiday in beautiful Costa Rica!'
