'The property is clean and updated. It's located at the end of the marina so you can watch the boats come and go, but it's quiet inside. Great amenities to borrow such as beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and snorkel gear. Laundry is close by. The owners were very helpful and responsive with our questions. Ceiling fans did not work, the humidity was awful and it would have helped if the ceiling fans worked and the tv reception did not work either. Other than that we slept pleasantly in our air conditioned room and enjoyed our trip.'

'This place was perfect for our family. Everyone had comfortable space and their own bathrooms. Great views off patio and the best rocking loungers. Beautiful ocean breezes in the evening. Location is close to Red Hook with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was nice with great snorkeling on the left side. Pool is nice and large. Would definitely come back.'

'Great property! Condo has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Spotless inside (the fridge is the only thing that needs to be changed), a/c kept everything cool, lots of room. Great location right on the beach (beach chairs and coolers provided), wonderful calm beach, great for long walks. Market across the street, close to El Yunque, convenient location (to get back to the airport). Highly recommend this condo!'
