'Our family of 5 (2-10yr old boys, 1-14yr old girl) were very pleased with the condo. The location was prime in Simpson Bay. Within walking distance to a few beach bars and walked over to Maho Beach too a few times. The pool was nice (warm) and had plenty of seating, always a few seats available. 'This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!'

'This property was perfect for us 2 couples! Pools and property were beautiful & maintained well and the location is perfect. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella ect.'

'The location and condo were fabulous. Close to great shopping and food. Fat Tony's is a must. The only downside was the elevator not working. It made getting in and out of the condo extremely difficult, especially for my husband. Being able to get gold cart service to Kalatua at Mullet was an unexpected surprise. All in all a great stay at what we have found to be our favorite part of the island.'

'We had a great 10 night stay at this unit. Can't say enough about the location. Views are awesome, especially sunsets. Simpson Bay is wonderful and full of boats to watch. We ate out every night and there are over 20 restaurants within 1 mile of this unit. We had a car but probably could have gone without one. Covered secured parking space was great to have. A few small grocery stores are within walking distance, but we ended up driving to the larger store on the French side. Was nice being on...

'What an amazing view!! Short walk to market, restaurant, beach, casino. Loved the balcony pool. I was a little disappointed with Smart Vacation shopping service. They shopped a very expensive store as compared to market prices in town. Would not recommend using. Taxi service is reasonable and friendly for our trips around island. Hope to be back!!'

'Nice property. Grounds and pool maintained. Stayed for 2 weeks. We do cook meals at least half the time and found the kitchen could use some necessities like cups and bowls. Also, living room furniture is lacking seating and current furniture is uncomfortable. Other than that it would be nice if each bedroom had a TV. We will return.'

"The accommodation was extremely beautiful and very quiet, which we liked because we could sleep a lot after our jet lag. The service was friendly and they helped us whenever we had a request. The rooms were clean and there is a small restaurant for having dinner every night which we enjoyed. My only tidbit was that the bed was not comfortable. We asked for the mattress to be flipped after 2 days of our stay which helped a bit but it was not perfect. I would suggest better quality mattresses in the future because if you stay as long as we did (14 nights) sleeping on a bad masters then your back will definitely feel it. For the rest everything else was great. "
