'Everything about this hotel apartment was great, great staff ,great rooms and a great property in general.Only things was the hot water on the lower floor is really inconsistent but it was not enough to spoil their property. 10/10'

'5 min wandelen naar Superfood en makkelijk voor ontbijt, lunch, warme maaltijd,boodschappen, geld pinnen,naar beach wandelen. Heel fijn, kleurrrijk, ruim en schoon appartement met alle benodigheden aanwezig en keukentje. Pool schoon, hangmatten, een plaats om rustig te lezen en te ontspannen. Geen geluidshinder van verkeer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg aan te raden!!! Dus doen!!'

'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

Verbeterpunten: - Wifibereik was niet in alle ruimtes mogelik en op het terrein - keukendoeken verzorgen - comminicatie met niet receptie personeel is lastig indien je geen spaans spreekt. - check doen of alles nog werkt voordat nieuwe gasten de ruimte betreden. 'I like the cleaness of the areas, and areas around the hotel were safe and close to everything Did not like, the parking area, to deep and my car was to big. The security follows you everywhere when they see that there are many people, even tough I had 2 apartments had to remind them. Security in the lobby not to kind. Experience in the hotel was good'
