'The condo was fantastic and well above my best expectations. The location could not be better, with a direct walk out from the ground floor back screened-in porch onto the beach. Situated near the end of the peninsula between the Kiabo Yacht Club and the Water Cay Public Beach, is a big advantage with access to the beautiful bay and accessible docks. 'Enjoy the ocean and gorgeous sunsets in this perfect property! We loved how we could walk to several shops and restaurants and the gym nearby offered a punch card. We couldn’t be happier.'

'Very nice, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable and loved the showers. Beautiful beach, pool and ocean area to swim in. Food was very good at the pool bar. PICCOLINO'S cafe was wonderful. Lots of places within walking distance to eat. Kyle and his wife were great hosts.'

'Very pretty place in a quiet location. Place equiped with everything you need. Wish we could have snorkeled right from the villa' s beach, actually tried one day but was a little rough, that was a bummer bc we love to snorkel and the owner said its the best on the island. Other then that it was a wonderful place!'

'We moved our eldest daughter from Canada to the Cayman Islands for school, my wife her father, my daughter and myself came down for a week and it was wonderful. The island is amazing, the people, the weather and the food are all first-rate. Caribean Paradise was the best part of the trip, beautiful condo, amazing views, wonderful pool and beach, and it is in the perfect location. Recommend it highly, my #1 choice.'

'This place was great. It has a great location, super easy private beach access walking distance to super market. The place was very spacious great for families. Very well stocked for those traveling with little ones they had a high chair and pack-play. One of the bathrooms had a 2-1 seat where they had a potty seat for the kids. Everything was high end. The staff was amazing. I will def rebook next time we visit.'

'Our first visit back since Covid. Still love Cayman Reef Resort - the location on SMB can't be beat. All our favorite restaurants - plus a couple new ones - make it easy to enjoy delicious meals with little effort. We appreciated the upgrades made to the Condo since our last visit and hope to be back again next year.'

'The beach and lagoon are gorgeous. It was convenient to have the little restaurant at the pool for quick snacks. The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and in a convenient location. WiFi and aircon worked great Unfortunately the grounds of Sunset Cove were not kept up well and could use an upgrade. The pools and bar area were surrounded by cracked concrete just like the parking lot. There were many dead plants and foliage all around the complex.'

'This was a fantastic place, perfect for two, right on the beach. We could hear the surf from the bedroom. Lots of restaurants wiithin walking distance.'

'The property was perfect for our beach vacation. We rented a car for our restaurant outings, but we were able to walk to lunch and shopping. We enjoyed evenings on the deck. We used the kitchen for breakfast and heating up our leftovers. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for us, and having a washer and dryer was so convenient! Best of all, the beach was absolute perfection! This was our first family VRBO booking, and it won’t be our last!'

'lovely updated unit in a great area for shopping and restaurants and bars! owner was one of the best we’ve had as far as communication and helpfulness. highly recommend! be sure to review the owners’ information about this section of 7 mile each before booking. looks like things are building back though!'

'We really enjoyed the space at this unit. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen made it feel like home. We loved the walkout to the pool and how easy it was to access the beautiful beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful-offering suggestions activities and restaurants. The suite was well stocked with all necessities. We found a selection of novels under the tv (if you forget to bring a book).'

'Home was perfect, had everything you would need for a stay. Beach was semi private, shared between complex, but never had issue with chairs or room. When we arrived was disappointed with view, palm trees on beach obstructed view to water. That opinion changed the next day about 10:30am. Sun is hot and we moved chairs under palm leaves. 'Our family lives the property. We loved that they had paddle boards, snorkel gear and coolers for us to borrow. It was nice being tucked away and having privacy. The place was gorgeous and had everything we needed.'

'We spent a week at Vitamin Sea, ground floor with direct beach access. Nice hose on the porch to wash off before entering enclosed patio. Snorkeling at the beach saw a few fish a couple turtles, water was clear most days but can be ruff. We enjoyed the clean, nicely furnished condo and kitchen. Comfortable recliners on each, with fins in their beach boxes. Takes about 60 minutes to get into town during rush hour, otherwise 25 minutes. 'The unit itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained. The property manager was kind and helpful in giving recommendations around the island which we were grateful for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would book again in the future.'

'Supper clean, looks like just renovated, property with brand new appliances, and tons of towels. It is in the middle of the undamaged portion of the beach on one side and by the path-walk to the Camana Bay on another. Hosts were very helpful with info, and quick help when needed.'

'Everything about Rod’s place was great. It was amazingly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The location was amazing. You can’t beat the view from the condo. The complex itself was quiet and relaxing. We have been to Cayman a few times and really enjoyed how low key the location is.'
