'We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities.'

'I had an excellent time in Alicante. This is partly thanks to Jesse and his beautiful apartment. Jesse is a very friendly and obliging man. He spontaneously comes up with tips where you can shop and eat. The apartment is ideally located, close to the center, beach and other attractions. Everything within walking distance, in Alicante and in the neighborhood itself there is a safe atmosphere both during the day and at night. Overall it's a great place to stay. My compliments. 'Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Tage in diesem Quartier. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde und das die Vermieter im Hause wohnen und sehr freundlich sind, hat es sehr angenehm gemacht.und uns wertvolle Tips gegeben. Der kleine französische Balkon reichte aus und wenn wir uns sonnen wollten, war die Dachterrasse einfach super. Zur Strandpromenade und Strand waren es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss. 'Gelukkig heerlijk weer. Huis ligt op goede afstand van winkels, restaurants en strand. Helaas was niet alles goed, dit gemeld aan eigenaar. Zou worden aangepakt in de toekomst. Terrasmeubels bestond uit 4 plastic stoelen waarvan 2 kapot. Eettafelstoelen buiten waren 2 onbruikbaar en geen tafel erbij. Kruimelzuiger en blender deden het niet. Schimmel in slaapkamer ondanks iedere dag doorluchten. Slang in douche lekt helft water weg en doucheputje zat vol haar. Jammer dat er geen afzuigkap...

'Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Das einzige, was negativ war, war die nicht ordentlich funktionierende Waschmaschine. Unsere Kleidung war dreckiger, als davor und klatschnass. Wir haben dennoch unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.'
