"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

The pool area was very clean even though very busy.There was a grumpy receptionist that wasn't helpful as i was trying to organise my husbands 70th birthday whilst there.They did leave a bottle of cava for him in our room but we had already arranged a meal for our group so wasn't used.Wouldnt book a 2 bed family room again as its just not worth the extra...

Very Good with a few minor grumbles
"Well placed hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Beds a bit too hard for our liking. Bathroom/shower one of the best. Unfortunately, it started with an island of hair, but easily removed. Also, there was a daily dance/aerobics across the road in the parc de foietes which was quite loud & made a siesta difficult (not connected to the hotel). We're been here 3 or 4 times over decades. Would still return in the future. "

"Very nice hotel. The corridors that lead to the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable at times. The luggage cart had flat tires and difficult to maneuver in the hot corridors. Our rooms were near the end of the corridors. Staff was very nice and friendly."
