'We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities.'

'We have felt very comfortable and with everything we need to spend a few quiet days in Valencia. The location is great, very close to Ruzzafa and the river promenade, with the metro nearby too! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the mini terrace. Ana super host! We will be back!'

'I had an excellent time in Alicante. This is partly thanks to Jesse and his beautiful apartment. Jesse is a very friendly and obliging man. He spontaneously comes up with tips where you can shop and eat. The apartment is ideally located, close to the center, beach and other attractions. Everything within walking distance, in Alicante and in the neighborhood itself there is a safe atmosphere both during the day and at night. Overall it's a great place to stay. My compliments. 'We hebben met 4 personen gebruik gemaakt van het keurige appartement. Er waren 2 badkamers met voldoende handdoeken en naast de airco,s waren er ook ventilatoren om de ruimtes koel te houden. Heerlijk kunnen ontbijten op het buitenplaatsje met parasol. Ideaal was ook de enorm grote supermarkt onder het appartement. Metro op loopafstand en genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Ook contact met de eigenaar verliep prima, erg aardige man. Er is nog een derde slaapkamer en zelfs een slaapbank. Het slot...

'Gelukkig heerlijk weer. Huis ligt op goede afstand van winkels, restaurants en strand. Helaas was niet alles goed, dit gemeld aan eigenaar. Zou worden aangepakt in de toekomst. Terrasmeubels bestond uit 4 plastic stoelen waarvan 2 kapot. Eettafelstoelen buiten waren 2 onbruikbaar en geen tafel erbij. Kruimelzuiger en blender deden het niet. Schimmel in slaapkamer ondanks iedere dag doorluchten. Slang in douche lekt helft water weg en doucheputje zat vol haar. Jammer dat er geen afzuigkap...

'Wij hebben de studio geboekt voor 3 personen. Bij binnenkomst was deze gefaciliteerd voor 2 personen. Klein maar met het slaapbankje erbij was het te doen. Wel raar dat er maar 2 stoelen stonden, die hebben we erbij gekregen. Dus al met al te doen maat wel krap voor 3 personen.'
