'Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Spreken weinig tot geen Engels maar doen hun best. De winkelstraat is op loopafstand en busstation is met de taxi 40 mxn. Als je van hieruit naar Mahahual wilt is de bus goedkoop, maar als je ook een auto wilt huren kun je dat het beste hier al doen, via internet. Want de weg naar Mahahual is langdradig en niet leuk om nogmaals met een minivan te doen. Als je verder reist naar andere steden is de bus een goede en goedkope mogelijkheid . 'What an incredible tranquil stay. Staff is incredible, morning breakfast is healthy and so clean. There’s a bocce court and the restaurant has a simple menu that’s vegan friendly but also serves incredible rib eye! Hotel is set in the jungle with a short stroll to the lagoon for a sunrise kayak ride. Highly recommend for a tranquil stay. This is just outside the centro which was fine for us since we had a car. We will definitely be back. '

'Beschreibung und vorgefundene Ausstattung weichen voneinander ab. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle und der Gemeinschaftsraum war nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt ist die Lokation abgelegen und die Möglichkeiten zum Essen sind beschränkt. Es gibt zwar ein teures kleines Cafe auf dem Grundstück, aber wem die Auswahl nicht gefällt, hat es schwer sich mit der dürftigen Ausstattung zu kochen.'

'Not only was the property lovely, the food was delicious and the staff were above and beyond kind and helpful. While I was there, I needed medical attention. The staff worked as translators with the hospital, set up taxi rides, and checked in on me frequently. So generous. The pool area is clean and calming. My hammock on the porch, alluring.
