Hôtel près de Traffic Light #9 (Gatlinburg)

« The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...

« Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, at a great location just minutes from Main Street. Definitely will come again. »

« Nice hotel, however Not worth the price and adding a resort fee on top of that. 26% tax in the restaurant and bar is horrible. We visit Gatlinburg often and will not return to this hotel. »

« The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area. »

« We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures. »

First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...
