« Do not EVER STAY at Holiday Inn Express in Gatlinburg. One of our worst experiences ever at any hotel we’ve ever been to. So many things I can’t even list them all but most importantly was the fact we were charged over three times the amount of what our actual rate was for our stay and they charged our card that amount three times. We still haven’t been refunded days later. We’ve been told multiple times we will be contacted by the owner, which has not happened days later. Probably have tried...

« I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »

« I loved everything except there was no microwave so don’t bring food back from a restaurant. The mini fridge wasn’t very cold but that was probably isolated. Aside from that it was perfect. »

« Great Location, but Expect Misleading Ads and Noise The Good: You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the strip and very easy to access all the main attractions. For the price, the convenience is definitely there. The Bad: Unfortunately, the "cons" were significant. False Advertising: The online photos show a hot tub, but there isn’t one on-site. « Parking convenient & safe. Elevator on premises. Property undergoing renovations. Rooms a mix of modern & vintage style. Staff lovely & helpful. Breakfast is an assortment of packaged conveniences but it’s a start for coffee & a banana. Trolley stops across the road. Main Street is 2-3 minute walk. Would stay again! »
