'La zona es muy buena, esta muy bien ubicada. Creemos que pueden haber mejoras en el mantenimiento, el piso de l pasillo de la cocina al comedor esta roto, sentimos que la calefaccion no servía, hacia frio adentro del depa y quizimos usar una cobija que estaba sucia (dentro del clóset en la habitación entrando al fondo)'

'Très bel appartement, bien équipé et confortable, au 3 étage d'un immeuble calme. Bonne isolation thermique et phonique. Le métro (station Max Dormoy, ligne 12) est au pied de l'immeuble. Nombreux commerces et un marché couvert à proximité. Abdellatif est un hôte sérieux et agréable.'
