Appartement à louer à Station de métro La Chapelle

« Clean, cozy and quiet. This small apartment accommodated us and our two adult kids well for two nights. »

« This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). It lacks spices as someone else pointed out but I have learned to always bring my own. Communication is excellent… probably the best I have ever had. Area is excellent for food and restaurants and...

« Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...

« The apartment itself was great location and in a good location. However, we did not feel safe in the surrounding area. When we arrived early to leave our luggage, we felt we were being watched by suspicious individuals. After reporting the incident to the host, they were surprisingly no longer around the following day. If you need extra keys, request them before arrival, as communication about the lockbox codes was unclear and had to make a few trips to get them. Overall, a good apartment but I...

« Excellent location and a beautiful place to stay! The personal interaction with the check-in staff member was phenomenal. He even checked in with me after the first night to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with my stay. Highly recommend! I would return tomorrow if I could! »
