'Great location in the heart of Paris’ fun entertainment precinct'

'Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.'

'We were delighted with the apartment at 25 rue Beranger, Paris, with a few concerns.The apartment was large, roomy, clean, perfectly located near a busy area near transportation, restaurants, and other eateries and yet set off so it wasn't too noisy, exactly as described on the VRBO website. 'Absolutely Great location - walking distance to all the sites, metro station right near, RER 10-15 min walk - grocer and tons of restaurants within a block! Apartment was rather worn and in need of a deep clean (stained carpet, grimy shower curtain and corners, bed creaked at every move…) and sparse, but it had all the basics. Would have liked a microwave and dryer. Ad was very clear about the four stories of stairs and no elevators so that was expected - FYI it is an old slanting spiralling...

'We had a very nice stay at this apartment in Paris. The location was very good, with easy access to the city and public transportation. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and it worked well for our stay. The only small issue was finding the apartment in the building. Better signs or clearer level/floor instructions would make arrival much easier. We accidentally knocked on a door one level below before finding the correct apartment. Assigning and clearly marking the level...

'The self check-in process was super convenient, you just need to pick up the keys at a nearby café. FYI, the price was great, and I was pleased to receive the quick refund of my deposit. The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions before, after and during the stay. The apartment was gorgeous—bright, spotless, and cozy with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. '
