All-inclusive hotels in Grote Antillen

'My wife and I stayed at the resort for 7 nights. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, the service was excellent, and the food was awesome. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but the hotel addressed it quickly. Unlike other great resorts nearby, Secrets has huts on the beach, which I personally prefer over umbrellas. 'The resort was wonderful. My favorite part was how clean everything was. Housekeeping not only cleaned well but every day they would come by later in the evening and ask if we needed any towels, etc. The food was also good. 5 different restaurants where you can dine but be aware you have to make reservations for two of them. 'Het inchecken vergt slechts een minimum van administratie en is in 1-2-3 tellen geregeld. Alle etenswaren en alcoholische dranken zijn van top-kwaliteit. Bijv in het buffet restaurant kan kreeft, king-crab legs zoveel als je wilt gegeten worden. Aan de bar zijn top whiskeys en rum bij de prijs inbegrepen. De suite die we hadden, was ruim en voorzien van een jacuzzi en een jungle-douche, de mini-bar was goed gevuld met een ruime keuze van drankjes.'

'The suite featured a private pool on the deck - my reason for booking- and it was absolutely incredible. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff excellent. A few improvements that could enhance the overall experience would be upgrading the quality of the room service menu and adding more signage around the property to help guests navigate. '
