'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

The only downside is that to leave, you have to call a local number or send a WhatsApp message to open the garage. If your phone is dead or you don’t have service (for example, on a short one-day trip), this could be a real inconvenience. It would be great if they offered an alternative way to exit.'
