« The Best Western Johnson's Inn now named Bishop Inn was very nice. It is clean, and has two pools. One is more like an adults area, the other has a slide for the kids. Breakfast was included and included eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, juice and many more foods. The location was very convenient. It's a short walk to downtown and also on the trolley line. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Gatlinburg! The hotel was exceptionally clean, new and fresh. Most importantly, my grandson and I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was another huge plus. It was an easy walk into town where there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all ages, making it a perfect place to stay. « Perfect location to the strip of downtown. The balcony is right by the river, and we got to see a few bears. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Un hôtel très agréable situé au bord d’une rivière à 2 pas de la rue principale de Gatlinburg. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec 1 lit queen size. Une salle de baignoire. Frigo et micro-ondes Propre et spacieux. Inclus le petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Nous recommandons si vous souhaitez decouvrir le Great Smoky Mountains NP »

« For this to be a Marriott I was disappointed. One light fixture over the nightstand was loose and falling. Hair in several places on the bathroom floor. Stains on the carpet and on the lobby chairs. Was nowhere near what I was expecting from a Marriott. »
