'If you want to be treated like family, this is the place. A/C was appreciated as well as the complementary ride from the airport and back into town for dinner. The “continental” breakfast was scrambled eggs, veggies and cheese, special needs were asked about and provided. It’s outside of the city, new development of not-quite-finished larger houses sitting on canals. Birds galore! '

'I enjoyed my stay here. Though about a 15min drive away from the inner city, it was a very nice and quiet neighborhood and we were lucky enough to get parking right in front. The kitchen was very convenient and had everything you'd need including a full sized fridge. '

'It was just what I imagined, off grid, affordable and an end of the road adventure. Ed and Lynn are some of nicest most accommodating hosts. They helped find affordable adventures even joined us for fishing and snorkeling. Their convenient store and local food suggestions saved me tons of money! If your looking for an OFF GRID adventure this your place!!! '

'This place is incedible! Such a unique setup if you are looking fir something fun and unique. The bed is so comfy. The pool is perfect with amazing views if the water. We LOVED it!'

'We had the best 4 night stay. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and safe, beds very comfy. The dock and beach area were very inviting. There are several bars and restaurants close by but not so close that you could hear them. The breakfast menu had lots of options and the cook fantastic. The heart of Caye Caulker was a short walk. This hotel offered everything in a quiet area of town. Highly recommend. '
