Luxe uitstraling gaf ons een luxe gevoel Wat wel jammer was: personeel steeds heel welwillend, bv dat iets het niet doet of een taxi bellen. Maar dan werd het toch vergeten, taxi te laat, ijsblokjesmachine zelf gerepareerd. Terwijl het niet druk was. In het appartement: lamp op balkon mist, droogrek mist, weinig glaswerk (geen wijn-of bierglazen)'

'We loved the eco friendly concept, and the resort and staff were wonderful. The food at the Rhum Shack was exceptionally good, and our compliments to the chefs. Our room was upgraded due to a birthday, which was appreciated. The beach was fantastic as were the pools. Andrew was the Concierge, and our tour guide on a full day tour to the ruins and cave diving. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional! We enjoyed the tours so much thanks to him.'

'My friend and I booked a stay at “Muna” guest house for this stay. The house was very beautiful and had all amenities you would need! However, when booking, it did not seem to specify in an obvious way that this house would be off of the resort (about a 3-5 minute walk) so this surprised us. Even though it is off the resort you still can use all resort amenities though. Other than that, the guest house was clean, quiet, and beautiful with tons of birds and wildlife around. '

De zaken die ons opvielen: slechte gordijnen (extra bed stond in de zit kamer die niet eens donker gemaakt kon worden. 'Naia is an excellent resort. Our first time at a high end resort like this and the staff made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding and VERY reasonably priced. They have a fridge and a sink for a kitchenette, so no option to cook your own meals, which we like, but with the reasonable price of the food at the restaurant, and the high quality of the food, this is a very minor quibble. 'Very nice greeting upon checkin and property was clean and well maintained. Parking lot accessible only by walking on beach path. Pool was small but refreshing and we had breakfast at the bistro and the food was good. 'STAY HERE! The best experience I’ve had at any resort ever. The staff is lovely, the food is fantastic, and the island itself is right out of your wildest dream. At night, there are noises akin to what you’d hear on a ship, or deep in the woods—which may be relaxing to some and annoying go others. Also, the hot water can be an otter finicky.
