'tl;dr: bad experience w/unit & argumentative host, wouldn't book again at ANY price. Vacation travel 6-8 wks/yr, last 5 years often in Cancun. Complex’ days of glory long gone . No gym, beach full of sargassum. Not walkable to rest, shops, groceries. Unit size avg, access dicey: narrow/ winding staircase, difficult to carry standard size bags. 'First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place. The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. The shower did not work! there was no water pressure. The air condition was making a lot of noise (imposible to sleep). There was stains of who knows what on almost every wall.
