'Sunscape is a smaller resort with many great benefits. Once your in the common area everything is only steps away allowing for any activity within close proximity. Ocean, beach, pool, food, sports bar(no sound for sports). Food was great although the restaurants did not have AC which was uncomfortable for some people. Kids area was quite hot due to being on the lagoon side with no ocean breeze. Some rooms had better AC than others. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Within walking distance...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service during my stay was poor, and several staff members were unhelpful and unfriendly.
After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left behind two polo shirts in my room. I called the hotel to ask whether they could ship the items to my home, but no one gave me a clear answer, timeline, or assistance. I had to follow up multiple times without receiving useful help.

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too...
