« My husband and I stayed for three wonderful nights. The condo was well-equipped. Although we did not really cook, it appeared to have everything needed should you choose to cook. The water supply and ability to make ice was a definite plus. We also appreciated the variety of games. The seaweed was expected, but not a problem for us. The water shoes that were supplied made it easy to get passed it and over the rocks to enjoy the beautiful clear water! Although a bit snug for my husband's size...

« We were delighted by the size of the condo and charmed by the many personal touches the owner made, such as the beautiful dishes and artwork. The kitchen was well equipped for making many meals, the two balconies were used, depending on whether we were seeking sun or shade. We shared many games around the dining room table. This condo is super stocked with all the kitchen stuff and gear you need for any adventure in the area. The bed was soooo comfortable! Also the property manager Hector was the most amazing host! « Lovely condo that is accurately described in the listing. You can tell this is a second home for the owner with the nice amenities and extra supplies of spices and toiletries. Only complaints which was minor is the low water pressure in the shower but that's part of living near water. »

« Pictures do not do this apartment justice. After staying for a few nights we were dreaming of what it would be like to own our own place just like this in half moon bay. Communication from the host was excellent. Response time was within a few minutes for anything we could have needed. There was only one hiccup with the host confirming we would have a travel crib upon arrival but we weren't able to get it until the next day. It didn't even matter that we didn't have the crib the first night as...

Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service. »

« We had an amazing time at Nikte. It is the perfect place to relax as you feel somewhat secluded but are still close enough to little town centre. With steps away from the beach we could even hear the waves crashing from our bedroom. The pool was a huge plus as we were travelling with our toddler and a 9 month old. "Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre lit king avec cuisinette. La vue est magnifique et la fenestration est abondante. Nous avons peu utilisé la clim vu l'excellente ventilation. La cuisinette offre le strict nécessaire mais le large frigo est bienvenu. Le bain face à la fenêtre qui ouvre sur la terrasse est très bien. La chambre a une terrasse vaste côté mer et une encore plus vaste côté jungle, pour observer les couchers de soleil. L'internet est variable, insuffisant pour le télétravail. Nous avons manqué d'eau à une occasion. Les fenêtres ne sont pas toutes étanches et le vent souffle parfois bruyamment. La plage de sable est rocailleuse sous l'eau: pas de problème si vous avez des souliers en conséquence. Une auto est hautement désirable. Des options de restauration sont offertes à courte distance de marche. Un de nos sites préférés de la riviera Maya. Nous y reviendrons."
