« The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!! »

« This property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was away from the hustle and bustle and encouraged us to unplug and live in the moment. We used the pool and beach daily. So nice to have the balance of the pool and the ocean. A/C works well in bedroom and a great breeze comes through for the rest of the condo. Daily housekeeping is a great perk and the walk to Midway Food Store is short and easy to get some supplies. We would definitely stay here again. It was fabulous! »

« Deanna's property was such a GEM!! So much so, we extended our stay by a couple days because we weren't ready to leave this paradise!! The property is safe and secure. Check IN was a breeze, especially checking IN afterhours. The condo itself is breathtakINgly beautiful!! The kitchen is open and spacious. The bedrooms were both neat and organized. « We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« There are many places to stay in Akumal, but as a couple, this was perfect for us. The place was always cleaned everyday, and the grounds were also clean. We wanted a place we could have a private getaway, but a great oceanfront view. Some may complain of the palm trees that block a portion of the ocean, but we thought they added to the view. "Ce fut un séjour extraordinaire, tout a été parfait. Voyage en famille, nous étions 12 personnes de 11 à 68 ans et tout le monde a adoré. La nourriture était bonne, beaucoup de chose à faire, la plage était belle. Nous étions un peu craintif d acheter un tout inclus sur expédia vu la différence de prix avec les agences de voyage plus traditionnelle mais nous n avons pas été déçu. On a hâte d y retourner "

"We had numerous issues Security i had a live scorpion that climb my arm while reaching for my clothes on a shelf The staff ride their golf cart around the property really fast and twice my wife and i had to go on the grass while the golf cart drive without slowing down on the path The documentation mention elevator but ours was not working and our room was on the third floor On the first day they had to ask everyone to come out of the pool because someone pooped in it We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle but it never came and the property is quite large On the positive side room were clean other then critters like scorpions The food in the was pretty good And the options on the buffet were quite interesting And the staff other then the one driving the golf cart were all very nice and friendly Special mention to the barman in the bar the black sheep that went above and beyond to put our playoff NHL temp on the big screen "
